The GlenAllachie 35-Year-Old is a prestigious single malt Scotch whisky, representing the distillery’s oldest release to date. Distilled in 1989, it was matured in a carefully selected combination of six casks: three Pedro Ximénez, one Oloroso sherry, and two virgin oak. Master Distiller Billy Walker personally chose these casks, showcasing his expertise in cask management and dedication to crafting exceptional whisky.

Bottled at 48% ABV, non-chill filtered, and with natural color, it offers a rich sensory experience. On the nose, expect aromas of mocha, cinnamon, heather honey, pineapple, raisins, and eucalyptus. The palate features dark chocolate, mocha, dried fruits, treacle, and spices like cinnamon and cloves, with a finish that lingers with sweet honey and tropical notes.

Presented in a luxurious oak box with hand-carved detailing, the decanter itself is an elegant tribute to GlenAllachie’s signature style​.

• Nose: It opens with rich aromas of mocha and cinnamon, balanced by heather honey and pineapple. You may also pick up hints of raisins, pomegranate, and a touch of eucalyptus​
• Palate: The whisky reveals flavors of dark chocolate, mocha, and raisins, which blend seamlessly with dried fruit, heather honey, and treacle. The tropical hint of pineapple continues, accompanied by warming spices like cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves​
