Made from the Bordeaux region’s rare white grape, Sauternes is a celebrated French dessert wine made sweet by the ‘noble rot’, which dehydrates the grapes and concentrates the sugars.

The specially selected hogshead casks have imparted luscious notes of ripe peach, caramel sauce and stem ginger on our honey-forward spirit.

Specially selected for the UK, this Wood Collection bottling is presented at 48% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, allowing the unique character to shine through.

Nose

Honeycomb, butterscotch and toffee sauce, with crystalised ginger, mocha and peaches.

Taste

Tropical fruits, heather honey and baking spices, followed by demerara sugar, coconut and marmalade, with citrus notes, caramel and ice cream on the finish.
