International shipping costs will be subject to UK Tax legislations and shipping costs subject to destination

For bigger orders we suggest contacting shop so we can discuss best practice.
Any orders placed before 12pm will be shipped the same day excluding weekends and public holidays.
Any orders returned to us due to missed delivery, wrong address provided etc will occur shipping charge to be applied again to the customer.

In-store Returns and Exchange
Please note that Items offered for sale may contain damage in the form of tears, rips, stains, scratches, dents, rust and more on bottles and boxes. Some of our private bottles may have imperfections. We attempt to show these imperfections within the pictures of the bottles/boxes description however if it is clearly visible within the images displayed the Buyer has been deemed to have seen this damage and has no claim or right to a refund.
Returns and exchanges are available in-store with the receipt for up to 30 days from the purchase date. The item should return in perfect condition including all packaging.
Delivery Returns
All returns via shipping are paid by customer. Once the item is returned and in good condition we can process the refund, this will not include cost of shipping.
